Telegram user ID and username
Email address (for notifications)
TLSContact account email and password (for autobooking only)
Selected visa destination, category, and date preferences
Payment confirmation (we do not store card details — handled by Stripe)

3. How We Use Your Data

To monitor visa centre availability on your behalf
To book an appointment using your TLSContact account
To send you notifications via Telegram
To process your payment via Stripe

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention (GDPR)

We are GDPR compliant. Your personal data — including TLSContact credentials — is deleted automatically once your appointment has been successfully booked or your subscription has expired. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

All data is stored securely. Passwords are encrypted and never displayed in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
