1. About SlotBot

SlotBot is a service that monitors visa centre availability and assists users in booking appointments at Schengen visa centres. SlotBot is not affiliated with any official visa centre, embassy, or consulate.

2. Service Description

SlotBot offers two services:

• Notifications — alerts sent via Telegram when an appointment slot becomes available at a selected visa centre.
• Autobooking — automatic reservation of an appointment slot on behalf of the user using their TLSContact account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SlotBot, you confirm that:

• You have an active TLSContact account with a completed visa application for the selected destination.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account in active status.
• You provide accurate credentials and contact information.
• You understand that SlotBot can only book an appointment if your application is valid and active.

4. Payment

All payments are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe. SlotBot does not store card details. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

• Notifications: £35 per country (30 days)
• Autobooking: from £95 per applicant (France £145)
• Additional applicants: £70 each
• Specific date window: £12
• Visa centre prepayment fee: £30 per applicant

5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

SlotBot secures an appointment slot only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consulate or embassy. SlotBot accepts no responsibility for visa refusals or delays in processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlotBot is not liable for any losses arising from: inability to find a slot within the subscription period, account suspension by the visa centre, expired or invalid applications, or any decision made by a consulate.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
